If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

If you are having issues with the installation of your Witamats, please do not worry; most of the time this is due to improper installation of the mats.

Please follow the instructions below to install your Witamats correctly:

①Be sure to remove any floor mats that were already in the car.Move the driver’s seat back entirely.Place your Witamats directly in the right place.Repeat the same steps with the passenger side mat.
②To install the mats in the back seats, adjust the driver and passenger seats all the way forward to show the maximum amount of floor space.Place your Witamats directly in the right place.
※Add the clips wherever they’re needed.
※Each set of mats comes with several clips but you won’t need to use them all, just place them in areas that need them; for areas that don’t have a place to put the clips, you can use the Velcro strips to ensure that the mats are flat against the floor.

If you are still struggling to install your Witamats, please send us an e-mail to [email protected] with your order number and pictures/videos of the mats installed in the specific vehicle you ordered the mats for; we will get back to you with a solution as soon as our team of experts finishes investigating your fitting issues.

Returns

Returns and requests for Refund can only be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. Beyond this time, you have no right to request a refund and/or a return.

To be ELIGIBLE for a refund or claim, your product(s) must meet these requirements:

  • Items should be in a good condition and NOT USED along with original tags.
  • For Fitting Issues and Defective and Damage Items. It is mandatory that you provide us with Photos or Video as proof, as these will be examined and replacement is free of charge.

For specific vehicles manufactured between 1990-2000, if witamats not fit, our engineers will modify the design of the mats to your situation to make it match your vehicle.

Only if we are unable to solve your problem, you can return the product for a refund.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee.

Our floor mats are custom-made specifically for your vehicle and are not standard stock items. Therefore, we do not charge a restocking fee.

Note: Since these customized mats do not hold resale value once returned, if you return them, a material fee of 35% of the total order amount will be charged, regardless of the reason for the return or claim.

Return Address, Return Labels, and Shipping Costs

  • Defective Items

For defective items, we will cover the cost of the return label and shipping fees. After your return request is approved, we will email you the return label and return address. You can download and print the label at your convenience.

  • Other Cases

For non-defective items, you will be responsible for all associated costs.Please send the item to our warehouse. When we receive the item, we will check it for completeness.

How Long Does It Take to Process a Refund?

We will process your refund within 5 business days, returning the funds to the original payment method.

If you discover your car mats is flawed you’d wish to contact us at Mail: [email protected] with photos of the product (no return the item) we’ll immediately send a replacement mats. ❗❗❗ Replacement timeframe: 14 days from the date of successful delivery as shown in the logistics tracking information

  •  Dislike of colour or design

As each set is made to order for your vehicle and we provide a custom made service, we are unable to accept return requests based on dislike of style or colour. You are responsible for picking the correct colour for your vehicle and to make sure you like the product before you place your order.

  • Cancel order

Our floor mats are custom-made specifically for your vehicle and cannot be resold. Therefore, for cancellation requests:

If production has not started yet, you will receive a 100% refund.

If your order has already been produced, we will deduct 35% to cover material and labor costs, and you will receive a 65% refund.

We produce mats for 68 car brands and 3,000 vehicle models, and we offer 20 different color options in our store.

Let’s say we find another owner with the same brand and model—there’s still a high chance their vehicle is from a different generation.

For example, they might own the first generation, while yours is the third. That alone would result in a different mat shape. Even if it’s the same generation, the color they chose might not match yours.

To resell a set of mats, we would need to find someone with the exact same car brand, model, year, and color choice.
That’s incredibly difficult.

That’s why if you cancel your order after production, we have no choice but to discard a brand-new set of custom mats.

Once we receive your order, laser cutting typically begins within 2 to 12 hours, and our workers assemble the mats the same day. After that, the order is packed and ready for pickup by the shipping carrier.

According to our customer service data, we are only able to intercept and fully cancel orders if you contact us within 2 hours of placing the order, before the cutting process begins.

In most cases, by the time customers reach out, the leather has already been cut or the mats are finished and awaiting shipment.

If you believe the mats on eBay, Amazon, AliExpress, Temu or other store  are cheaper, we actually encourage you to order both—ours and theirs—and compare the quality side by side.

If our mats aren’t significantly better, we’ll give you double your money back, just as we promise on our product page.

  • Wrong address or vehicle information

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the vehicle details and the delivery address are correct when making the purchase.

Witamats will NOT be held responsible for any mistake in the vehicle chosen while placing the order or in the address of delivery.

Please note: Partial or full refunds can be obtained through negotiation within 14 days from the date of successful delivery shown in the logistics tracking information.
