Returns
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with tags.
Fitting Issues/Defective Items: Photos or videos are required as proof for free replacements.
Custom Products: A 35% raw material fee applies for returns, as custom mats hold no resale value.
Restocking Fee: Free.
Shipping: For defective items, we will cover the cost of the return label and shipping fees. For non-defective items, Customers will be responsible for all associated costs, including the return label.
Refunds
Defective Items: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos; replacements will be sent at no extra cost.
Dislike of Color/Design: Returns for style or color preferences are not accepted due to the custom-made nature of the product.
Cancellation
Within 24 hours: Full refund.
After 24 hours: 65% refund (35% raw material fee).
Wrong Address/Vehicle Details: Customers are responsible for ensuring correct details when ordering.

These come rolled and with a reverse rolling and letting them relax overnight they were perfect in the car. The red is a bright cherry, just what I wanted to match the steering wheel cover I have . These are nice pop of colour for the car interior.
