Returns
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition with tags.
Fitting Issues/Defective Items: Photos or videos are required as proof for free replacements.
Custom Products: A 35% raw material fee applies for returns, as custom mats hold no resale value.
Restocking Fee: Free.
Shipping: For defective items, we will cover the cost of the return label and shipping fees. For non-defective items, Customers will be responsible for all associated costs, including the return label.
Refunds
Defective Items: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos; replacements will be sent at no extra cost.
Dislike of Color/Design: Returns for style or color preferences are not accepted due to the custom-made nature of the product.
Cancellation
Within 24 hours: Full refund.
After 24 hours: 65% refund (35% raw material fee).
Wrong Address/Vehicle Details: Customers are responsible for ensuring correct details when ordering.

You can directly use water pistol clean upper carpet(please use wet towel to clean bottom mat). Save time and money on cleaning.

Good quality mats, the fits perfect to the floor layout of the car, it's a bit pricey but it's worth it, specially if you want to protect light colour carpet.
